World In Pieces

A baby is crying somewhere / maybe missing his mother Or maybe only the father / I hope he is not hungry and crying in vain / Losing the rest of his energy / I wish the world could be different / where everybody could laugh / Where everybody could cry / but only for love To be hungry I don’t know how it feels / and I don’t want to learn / Thank you, Lord, for being watching me / I say a prayer everyday / For my friends / for my love / also the enemies / I don’t know why they exist / I just think it’s part of life / So, life goes on / another child will cry / maybe for good I wish I could help them more than only words / Anyway, whoever read or listen to this song / Please try to put himself just right among / Those people that are suffering in the world / Let’s get together and try to move this mountain / Maybe it could be our salvation too / Or we could find there a new fountain/ Of a better life / Antonio Cesar -
